About The National Diversity Leadership Alliance
The National Diversity Leadership Alliance (NDLA), a TESO Consulting Group initiative, is created to facilitate connections among professionals in the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Access and Belonging (DEIAB) space. DEIAB Professionals are individuals who either have the formal title or assumed the title because of their passion and advocacy-related actions in the workplace. The Alliance creates opportunities for professionals to share best practices, problem solve, mobilize towards change, exchange resources and support each other.
NDLA provides opportunities for professional and personal development by offering resources and interactive experiences to deepen DEIAB knowledge and skills. We will further equip individuals with the knowledge and skills to promote and implement initiatives within various organizations.

NDLA will accept membership via a registration. We will work collaboratively to create inclusive spaces that support marginalized communities. Members will also band together to actively transform oppressive systems and work together to address the stagnancy of change in organizations and society.

NDLA is looking to form an alliance of advocates, allies, and changemakers who are ready to transform the status quo throughout society.
