Membership

Are you a passionate leader dedicated to transforming oppressive systems in the workplace and society? Do you feel frustrated by the stagnancy of change related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)? If so, The National Diversity Leadership Alliance is designed for you.

Our Alliance is a unique opportunity to join a select group of leaders from various sectors, including corporate, education, nonprofit, and government. Through a registration process, we seek individuals who are actively working towards or interested in creating meaningful Diversity change within their organizations.

This alliance is for:

  • Frustrated Leaders: Those who feel that Diversity initiatives are not progressing as they should and are looking for new strategies and support.

  • Advocates and Allies: Changemakers who are dedicated to Diversity but may not hold an official Diversity Specialist title.

  • Sector Diversity: Professionals from a wide range of industries who bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the cohort.

Live Kickoff Event 

The Alliance will launch with an exciting and engaging live kickoff event, designed to set the stage for a transformative journey. This event will provide participants with the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded leaders, learn from industry experts, and prepare for the impactful work ahead. Attendees will experience a series of dynamic sessions, interactive workshops, and inspiring keynote speeches, all aimed at equipping them with the knowledge, tools, and motivation needed to drive change. Join us at this live kickoff event, and let's make a difference together as we embark on this powerful and meaningful journey.

Guest Speakers

Guest speakers will be invited to engage with the Alliance to inspire, challenge, educate, and share their insights and experiences. These speakers will be renowned leaders and experts from diverse fields such as corporate, education, nonprofit, and government sectors. Their involvement will provide participants with unique perspectives on leadership, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Through interactive sessions, panel discussions, and Q&A opportunities, the guest speakers will foster an environment of learning and growth, encouraging cohort members to think critically and innovate in their approaches to transforming oppressive systems in the workplace. The sessions aim to empower participants with practical tools, strategies, and the inspiration needed to drive meaningful and sustainable change within their organizations and beyond.

Professional Learning

The Alliance will engage in dynamic, research-based, and collaborative monthly professional learning experiences, meticulously designed to build capacity, facilitate problem-solving, and provide essential support and resources. These sessions will introduce proprietary frameworks and best practices, alongside targeted coaching to ensure practical application. Participants will delve into real-world case studies, engage in immersive role plays, and navigate complex scenarios, all aimed at addressing the most pressing and relevant issues in their fields. This comprehensive approach will empower Alliance members with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to lead transformative change within their organizations and communities.

Networking Events

Alliance members will be strategically paired and grouped to foster mutual support, collaboration, and growth. These partnerships and groupings will be designed to maximize diversity of experience and expertise, ensuring rich and varied exchanges of ideas. Regular monthly meetups will be scheduled, providing structured opportunities for members to connect, share progress, and tackle challenges together. Additionally, we will host social events and informal gatherings to strengthen relationships and build a strong sense of community within the Alliance. These networking opportunities will be key in creating a supportive and dynamic environment, enabling members to form lasting professional connections and friendships.
